If you're not happy with a paid Ollo plan (Candidate Pro or Hiring Pro), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or contact us at hello@sayollo.si and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan & upgrade → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Paddle's refund policy also applies.
